The Vilnius City Municipality continues the tradition of cultural exchange between Vilnius and Gdansk cities, which lasts for 6 years.
This year Polish and Lithuanian artists present their joint musical project in Vilnius and on September 16th. 18.00 invites all the residents of Vilnius and the city to the concert of St. Catherine’s Church.
The outstanding musical project called “Chopin in JAZZ” will feature famous Polish and Lithuanian performers: Jaroslaw Bester (accordion), Irek Wojtczak (saxophone), Jan Maksimovicz (saxophone), Dominikas Vyšniauskas (trumpet) and Ignas Juzokas (double bass).
The program will feature: Preludium Des-dur, Mazurek F-dur, Preludium H-moll, Preludium E-mole, Mazurek B-major and A-moll, Mazurek G minor, Fuga A-moll.
Entrance to the St. Catherine’s Church is free.
