The ensemble, founded in 1963, has a large part of its repertoire consisting of Lithuanian folk instrumental music, arranged songs and original works by composers on folk themes.
“Vilnius” is the continuity of the works of maestro Leonas Pranulis and the love for music that the members of the ensemble cherish, it is their hobby, leisure and desire to sing and play.
