Taisyklės ir informacija festivalio „Vilniaus dienos“ dalyviui

Teikdamas šią paraišką asmuo patvirtina, kad įmonė/įstaiga/bendruomenė ar asmuo, kurios vardu jis (-i) teikia paraišką:

– yra suinteresuotas (-a) dalyvauti 2025 m. rugsėjo 5–7 d. vyksiančiame renginyje  „Vilniaus dienos 2025“, laikydamasis (-i) sąlygų, kurios nurodytos apačioje;

– įsipareigoja BĮ „Vilniaus kultūros centras“ (festivalio  „Vilniaus dienos 2025“ organizatorius) atstovams ir (ar) kitiems atsakingiems asmenims operatyviai suteikti papildomą informaciją, kurios prireiktų renginio dalyvių sąrašo sudarymo bei renginio  organizavimo tikslais;

– yra informuotas (-a), kad:

• Planuojamos prekybos (darbo) valandos festivalio metu*:

Rugsėjo 5 d., penktadienį  – nuo 10.00 iki 21.00 val.

Rugsėjo 6 d., šeštadienį – nuo 10.00 iki 21.00 val.

Rugsėjo 7 d., sekmadienį – nuo 10.00 iki 20.00 val.

*Planuojamos valandos gali keistis.

• Užpildyti dalyvio paraiškos anketą reikia elektroniniu būdu iki liepos 14 d. (imtinai): https://www.vilniuskc.lt/registracija-vilniaus-dienos/
• Atrankoje dalyvauja tik pilnai užpildytos registracijos anketos;
• Paraišką teikiančio asmens nurodyta informacija ir duomenys apie prekybininką bus kaupiami, saugomi (metus laiko) ir naudojami paraiškos vertinimo, prekybininkų atrankos, festivalio „Vilniaus dienos“ organizavimo tikslais bei tvarkomi vadovaujantis: Bendrojo duomenų apsaugos reglamento 6 straipsnio 1 dalies a punktu;
• Į festivalį gali būti atrinkti ne visi paraiškas pateikę prekybininkai;
• Nuo rugpjūčio 4 d. bus informuojami TIK atrinkti dalyviai (registracijos anketoje nurodytu el. paštu);
• Prekybos vietos kaina skiriasi priklausomai nuo gaminių/produktų/prekių ir teikiamų paslaugų asortimento;
• Į dalyvio mokestį yra įskaičiuota pasirinkto ploto vieta pasirinktoje festivalio erdvėje viso renginio metu (tris dienas);
• Išankstinės sąskaitos bus išrašomos nuo rugpjūčio 28 d. iki rugsėjo 2 d.;
• Oficialiu festivalio dalyviu bus laikomas prekybininkas – pilnai apmokėjęs dalyvio mokesčio išankstinę sąskaitą. Iki tol registracija bus laikoma nepatvirtinta ir nesuteiks teisės dalyvauti festivalio erdvėse bei veiklose;
• Festivalio metu visose erdvėse yra privalomos tik baltos spalvos palapinės bei paviljonai (išskyrus maitinimo paslaugas teikiančias prekybos vietas);
• Palapinės gylis turi būti ne didesnis nei 3 m;
• Patvirtintų dalyvių gaminius/produktus/prekes rekomenduojama eksponuoti baltame, juodame arba mediniame fone;

• Teikiantys maitinimo paslaugas privalo:
  • naudoti tik popierines pakuotes. Esame už ekologiškas, saugias sveikatai bei aplinkai  pakuotes;
  • pagaminto maisto įpakavimas turi būti patogus ir pritaikytas išsinešimui;
  • maisto ruošimo ir prekybos vietose naudoti nedegius paklotus iš tvirtų dangų ir užtikrinti, kad jie būtų išvalyti, o riebalai ir kitos atliekos nebūtų pilamos į nuotekų tinklus;
  • laikytis priešgaisrinės saugos reikalavimų ir turėti pirmines gaisro gesinimo priemones.
• Vykdantys prekybą alkoholiniais gėrimais privalo:
  • paraiškos teikimo dieną turėti galiojančią licenciją verstis mažmenine prekyba alkoholiniais gėrimais renginių metu;
  • užtikrinti, kad iš prekybos alkoholiniais gėrimais teritorijos nebūtų išsinešami pilstomieji alkoholiniai gėrimai, gėrimai nebūtų išpilstyti ir (ar) pilstomi į tarą (butelius), kurios nėra galimybės grąžinti naudojantis užstato sistema;
• Apsauga festivalio metu budės, tačiau už renginio metu dalyvių paliktus be priežiūros daiktus organizatoriai atsakomybės neprisiima;
• Prekiaujantys maisto produktais, teikiantys maitinimo ir pramogų paslaugas festivalio dalyviai privalo būti apsidraudę civilinės atsakomybės draudimu.

Please note that by submitting this application, the person confirms that the company/institution/community or person on whose behalf he/she are applying:

– is interested in taking part in festival „Vilnius days 2025“ (which will take place on 5-7 September) subject to the conditions set out below;

– undertakes to promptly provide additional information to the representatives and/or other responsible persons of the BĮ „Vilniaus kultūros centras“ (the organiser of the Vilnius days 2025 festival), which may be required for the purposes of drawing up the list of participants of the event and for the organisation of the event;

– has been informed that:

• Planned trading (working) hours during the festival:

Friday, 5 September from 13.00 to 21.00;

Saturday, 6 September from 10.00 to 21.00;

Sunday, 7 September from 10.00 to 20.00;

• The online application form must be completed by 7 July (inclusive): https://www.vilniuskc.lt/registracija-vilniaus-dienos/
• Only fully completed registration forms are eligible for selection;
• The information and data about the trader provided by the applicant will be collected, stored (for a period of one year) and used for the purposes of the evaluation of the application, the selection of the traders and the organisation of the Vilnius days festival, as well as processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation;
• Not all traders who have sent their applications may be selected for the festival;
• Starting from August 4, ONLY selected participants will be informed (via the email address provided in the registration form);
• If there are any unoccupied places left or if any of the confirmed participants are unable to attend and refuse to participate, we will inform those waiting in the queue (in person, by email or by phone);

• The price of a retail outlet varies depending on the range of products/products/goods and services provided;
• The participation fee includes a space with the area of your choice in the festival area of your choice for the duration of the event (three days);
• A trader is considered an official participant of the festival if he/she has paid in full the advance payment of the participation fee. Until then, the registration is considered unconfirmed and does not entitle you to take part in the festival spaces and activities;

• Only white tents and pavilions are required in all areas during the festival;
• The depth of the tent must not exceed 3 m;
• Approved participants’ products/goods/merchandise will have to be displayed on a white, black or wooden background;
• For those planning to provide a catering service, only paper food packaging is required. We are in favour of packaging that is environmentally friendly and safe for health and the environment. The packaging of the food produced should be convenient and takeaway-friendly;
• When applying for the sale of alcoholic beverages, the applicant must also provide a food catering service and certify that it holds a valid seasonal retail alcoholic beverages licence at the date of application;
• Security will be on duty during the festival, but the organisers cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended by participants during the event;
• Festival participants selling food products, providing catering and entertainment services must have civil liability insurance.
